My name is Adam

I love working with a computer since I was a child. My beginnings were very funny - the whole adventure began at my brother's house, where I copied "The Sims" shortcut from the desktop to a floppy disk (if you know what i mean) in the hope that the game will calmly start on my computer - of course this did not happen :D After a few months, I was able to split the installation of "Deluxe Ski Jump 3" into 3 parts and transfer to floppy disks! Being a child and without access to the Internet it was really an achievement! Later it had to be only better ... :)

During the second year of my studies I got an internship at BIT S.A in Białystok, where I participated in a small project of creating a mobile application. After couple of months I was noticed and appreciated and got my first contract as a Junior Developer. I participated in two large projects - for the Podlasie Voivodship Office (e-Administration and e-Security) and for the Marshal's Office (BIP wrotapodlasia.pl). After great two years in Bialystok, the time has come for new challenges and that's how I came to XTB. At the start I received very interesting tasks and quickly realized that this was the place for me. I gained experience and from Junior, through Mid-level, soon I was promoted to Senior Developer & Tech Leader. Recently, I was promoted to the position of IT Solutions Architect.

First of all, I love programming in Java and JavaScript / TypeScript using frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot and Angular, but I also like other backend and front languages. I like to learn new technologies and how to implement them. I'm also very interested in reactive programming and microservices. My first Product Owner also infected me with SCRUM, that's why in the current team I also have the SCRUM Master role and I am actively exploring this knowledge and I am implementing it in the whole organization.

The most important is to enjoy what you everyday do. And I love it!
